When will my shipment arrive?

On our product page of each package you will see estimated shipment times for our packages. Your expected shipment date will also be included in your post-purchase confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will be able to provide you with an expected delivery date.

Does MTTOX ship internationally?

Is this organic?

Yes, absolutely!

What will the packaging of my MTTOX shipment look like?

Our packaging varies. Most will be sent in a brown box, with the tea inside of a tin container to ensure its quality.
